Is our date open?

Type it into the booking page and we'll check the band's calendar on the spot. If it's open, pick a time for a 20-minute planning call and we'll pencil the date in while we talk. We check the band's calendar for busy time on that day — gigs go in as timed or "Busy" events, so an all-day "Free" note won't block a date.

How far ahead do you book?

Saturdays in May, June, September and October go twelve to eighteen months out. Fridays and off-season dates are often open inside six months.

Band, DJ or both?

A band fills a room; a DJ keeps it moving between the moments. Most weddings over 120 guests take both. We'll tell you straight on the call what your room needs.

Do you take requests?

Yes, within reason and within the set. You give us a must-play list and a do-not-play list; the DJ handles live requests with taste.

What do you need from the venue?

Two 20-amp circuits, a 16 by 12 foot stage or floor space, and load-in access two hours before guests arrive. We bring our own PA and lights.

Can we change the call?

Use the link in your confirmation email to move or cancel the planning call free of charge up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours, email us and we'll find another slot.
